We would like to inform you that on May 18th, starting at approximately 6:00 PM PKT, the server hosting your website(s) will be physically migrated from our current datacenter in Singapore (Racks Central) to Equinix, one of the region’s most advanced and state-of-the-art datacenters.
This upgrade will provide improved network connectivity, enhanced power redundancy, and a higher level of physical security, resulting in a more reliable and resilient hosting environment.
During the migration window, we anticipate approximately 3 to 5 hours of downtime while the infrastructure is being transferred to the new datacenter environment. The datacenter team will work to complete the migration process as efficiently as possible to minimize service interruption.
No action is required on your part. All existing services, IP addresses, and configurations will remain unchanged.
